Anything but square festival program launch

In a striking collaboration with Event Gallery, Batik led the creative helm of the Homme & Femme campaign, crafting a visual narrative that fuses modern elegance with the unmistakable allure of 1990s luxury. Fronted by international supermodel and actress Abbey Lee, the campaign is a bold homage to the era’s most iconic fashion imagery – a time when monochrome photography and minimalism defined the aesthetic language of high fashion.

Through a series of evocative black-and-white portraits, the campaign captures the spirit of a bygone era while reimagining it for a contemporary audience. The direction leans heavily into the nostalgia of fashion’s golden decade, celebrating timeless sophistication with a sharp, editorial edge. Under Batik’s art direction, every frame becomes a love letter to the enduring influence of 90s style – cinematic, confident, and quietly opulent.
